Superdrug kicks off early sale ahead of Christmas

Superdrug has launched its ‘earliest ever’ sale across its Christmas gifting range in a bid to ensure shoppers don’t have to wait until the January to save money.

The health and beauty giant has extended its Black Friday deals across 15 products so that shoppers are able to spread the cost of Christmas this year, as well as offering discounts on a further 64 products ahead of the big day.

Superdrug own brand director Jamie Archer said: “We started our Black Friday offers earlier than ever this year with the understanding that our customers want to spread the cost of Christmas now more than ever and so we’ve decided to extend some of our Black Friday deals, as well as offering more fantastic prices across a further 64 gifting products.

“As an accessible retailer we are committed to help make Christmas more affordable and have decided to continue giving our customers big savings up until the end of the year, with the aim to help shoppers make the best of their festive budgets and treat their friends and family this Christmas.

Ahead of the festive season, back in October the retailer launched its new VIP Rewards Loyalty Scheme, giving shoppers access to exclusive deals and offers.

It comes as the retailer opened the doors to its new 6,000 sq ft store this week in Brent Cross Shopping Centre, making it one of the largest Superdrug stores within the M25.

The ‘best-in-class’ store is the third of its kind following the opening of Manchester Trafford Centre and Dublin Dundrum earlier this year.

The “bigger and better Superdrug stores” focus on enhancing the physical shopping experience, offering customers an extensive range of affordable treatments and allowing access to a range of essential healthcare services through Pharmacies and Nurse Clinics.
