Paul Souber, head of Central London Retail at Colliers, commented: “The Collection represents a rare opportunity for retailers to access the prestigious shopping destination of Knightsbridge, close to iconic brands such as Burberry, Tom Ford and Harrods,”

“The flexibility the development provides will appeal to a varied mixture of operators from high-end boutiques to international flagships and we look forward to working with brands to create a unique home in the heart of London’s luxury district.”

Knightsbridge Gate, home of The Collection, was one of the first retail promenades in Knightsbridge.

Designed by W. D. Caröe in 1902, it was home to “independent purveyors catering to the discerning clientele of the Edwardian age.

The scheme is in one of the most prestigious locations in London, facing Hyde Park and situated between two of the capital’s most famous retail landmarks, Harrods and Harvey Nichols.
