Greggs and Just Eat are to give customers the chance to receive a pre-loved designer handbag with their lunch order, as part of London Fashion Week.
Customers spending £20 or more on a Greggs order through Just Eat will be eligible to receive one of a selection of authentic pre-loved handbags from premium fashion houses.
The food delivery service said each bag has been handpicked for its style and quality, with recipients receiving a unique design.
The promotion will run from 11 am to 1 pm on Thursday 17 September across selected Greggs stores in London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh, with the handbags allocated on a first-ordered, first-served basis.
The campaign aims to combine high-fashion and value, while giving pre-loved luxury accessories a second lease of life.
“From Sausage Rolls to statement bags, this might just be our most fashionable launch yet,” said Greggs customer director Zoe Harris.
“By teaming up with Just Eat during London Fashion Week, we’re giving lucky customers the chance to bag an authentic designer handbag, proving that great taste doesn’t have to come with a hefty price tag.
“We’re stitching together the worlds of high fashion and everyday value in a way only Greggs can, for a deliciously unexpected twist on lunchtime.”

Looks as if Greggs and Just Eat will feast on London Fashion Week this month. But is this the result of an agreement with the British Fashion Council or a form of ambush marketing?
