Flannels has opened its sixth flagship store in Leeds, as the brand continues its ambition to “extend luxury to every corner of the country”.
The site, which spans over six floors and 70,000 sq ft, sits alongside the luxury retailer’s London, Leicester, Liverpool, Sheffield and Newcastle stores.
The Sports Direct owner stressed the flagship was “more than just a store” and was set to become “the destination for style, self-expression
and discovery for the city’s avid luxury consumers”.
Frasers Group managing director of premium and luxury David Epstein said: “We’re proud of this one. Flannels Leeds represents one of our boldest and most disruptive flagships to date, redefining the experience for the savvy luxury consumer in this region.”
The store features a luxury accessories hall and beauty hall, as well as a Flannels home addition to its offer.
Flannels active sits in the basement of the store, while its upper levels house its womenswear and menswear edits.
The retailer has welcomed luxury reseller Sellier to its Leeds store, having previously launched it as pop-ups across other Flannels flagships.

Additionally, the site houses a personal shopping suite, dedicated personal shoppers, a new tailoring concept, and its children’s range Flannels junior.
Building on its existing Flannels Leeds location, the company said 35 staff members would be relocated while an additional 150 jobs would be created in the new store.
Epstein continued: “With over six floors of exceptional experiences and innovations, created with our best-in-class brand partners, this investment is a testament to the group’s steadfast commitment to luxury.”
“Consumers will find everything from luxury womenswear and menswear to personal shopping, home, beauty, active, as well as gym and café concepts.
“What we’ve built here is in a league of its own. We can’t wait for you to see it.”
