House of Fraser has appointed digital consultancy agency TH_NK to work closely with executive stakeholders to explore what the future of the department store could look like.
With the aim of setting a vision for the next decade, the agency will work facilitate a series of interviews, roundtables and industry panels in at attempt to address and understand the changing role of the physical shop and the way in which to engage with informed and connected customers.
