The Bentalls Centre in Kingston Upon Thames is set to see four new retailers open their doors in time for Christmas.
Aviva Investors, the south-west London shopping centre’s owner, has signed Zara to take an extra 5000sq ft of space following a refurbishment of its current store. The new store will now cover nearly 30,000sq ft across two floors.
US homeware retailer West Elm has also signed a deal to open its second UK store on December 8.
Elsewhere, cosmetics retailer NYX has taken a 1843sq ft space in the, while The Entertainer will open 3149sq ft outlet on December 15, moving from its current store in Kingston Market Square.
“These four store openings demonstrate that national and international retailers recognise the Bentall Centre is the first-choice retail destination for shoppers and visitors to Kingston,” Aviva Investors Real Estate director Simon Green said.
