The Dune Group has named Nigel Darwin as its new CEO, replacing Daniel Rubin.
Darwin will be based at The Dune Group’s headquarters in West London and brings with him global brand experience from fashion and beauty consumer-focused companies.
He joins from Toni & Guy, where has been CEO since 2018, leading a successful turnaround of the business and prior to this, he held various leadership roles at New Look and Coach.

Dune’s Chairman, Daniel Rubin, took over as CEO of the business in 2020 when James Cox left the business and will remain as Chairman of the retailer.
Rubin said: “I am looking forward to Nigel joining us at this exciting time for the business. He brings a wealth of experience of running consumer focussed companies and will play a key role in delivering our ambitious growth plans, both in the UK and internationally.”
