Beth Butterwick, CEO of Jigsaw, and Amanda Scott, CEO of Next Beauty are among the latest names to be added to the inaugural Future Consumer Debate. The new event from Retail Gazette is designed to bring leaders from across retail together to connect, debate and inform their future strategies to grab the attention and loyalty of the consumers of tomorrow.

According to KPMG analysis retail profitability has declined by over 50% globally over the last ten years. Retailers have been struggling to connect with shoppers on an ever-increasing range of issues, from sustainability to pricing to successfully integrating the latest AI and e-commerce tech to improve the shopping experience. Retail Gazette’s Future Consumer Debate will give the most senior leaders in retail a forum to debate the best way to engage and appeal to their customers in this changing consumer landscape.
