Nobody’s Child opens trio of summer pop-ups amid sales boom

// Nobody’s Child cashes in on sales momentum with trio of summer pop-ups
// The month long temporary spaces mark a “huge step” in its long-term expansion strategy

Nobody’s Child, the fashion retailer in which M&S owns a 27% stake, is to open a trio of pop-up stores across London this summer as it looks to capitalise on its growth momentum.

The series of pop-ups will be located in Covent Garden, Kings Road and Spitalfields, marking a “huge step” in its long-term expansion strategy.

The Covent Garden temporary store, which opened on 3 May, is the fashion retailer’s largest space at under 2,000 sq ft.

The Kings Road pop up, due to open later this month, will stock the brand’s best-selling collections including pieces from Happy Place x Fearne Cotton and Boutique.

The trio of month-long pop-ups comes after the fashion retailer received fresh funding from M&S in April to power the brand’s UK and international expansion.

It said the funding has provided access to additional inventory to meet growing demand third-party retailers.

Chief executive Jody Plows said: We are extremely excited to share the news of our summer pop-up series across key locations in London.

“Opening more retail space allows our community to access the brand like never before.

“There is plenty to come for Nobody’s Child growth for the rest of 2023 both in the UK and internationally, so we are thrilled to announce these three pop-ups today as part of that journey.”
