“With the outstanding mix of culinary leaders in Chelsea ranging from Badiani to Orée, Fulham Road was an obvious choice when choosing an area within which to make our international debut,” Colette co-founder Dimitri Plaquet said.

“We believe we are bringing something slightly different to the area, encompassing both gourmet deli and wine shop functionality, and look forward to becoming an entrenched part of the well-respected food-scene here in Chelsea.”

Sloane Stanley property director Hannah Grievson said: “We are thrilled to have signed a debut European brand, especially one carrying Chris Hill’s credentials, to our increasingly diversifying food and beverage portfolio.

“There has been high demand for a deli option on the estate, and the introduction of Colette fulfils this requirement whist adding an exciting new facet to our dining offer.

“Colette offers visitors the opportunity to take home fine dining quality ingredients in order to create their own culinary delights.”
