Boots is launching on TikTok Shop to tap into younger shoppers and bring product discovery and purchasing closer together.
The retailer will debut its TikTok ‘Shopfront’ on 28 September, initially offering a curated range of No7 skincare and beauty products spanning its Pro Artist, Good Intent and Prime Forever collections.
Boots said further brands and products will be added to the platform over the coming months as it expands its presence across the social shopping channel.
TikTok Shop recently said sales through its LIVE shopping feature have jumped 55 per cent year on year in 2026, highlighting the growing role of social media in beauty discovery and purchasing.
Boots chief digital and data officer Paula Bobbett said millions of consumers were already using TikTok and its creator communities to discover beauty and skincare products.
She said joining the platform would allow the retailer to bring “inspiration and purchase closer together”, while giving shoppers confidence that products were being bought directly from Boots.
Boots taps into live shopping
Boots will mark its official TikTok Shop launch with a live shopping event focused on No7, featuring exclusive offers and allowing viewers to buy products directly during the broadcast.
Boots said the move forms part of its wider efforts to create a more connected shopping experience across physical stores, ecommerce and social platforms.
TikTok Shop head of beauty Emily Caine said beauty was one of the platform’s “strongest and fastest-growing categories”, with Boots expected to use formats such as LIVE Shopping to connect with customers in real time.
TikTok Shop said earlier this year that its UK beauty category grew 60% during 2025 as shoppers increasingly discovered and purchased products through creators and social content.
The Boots launch is being delivered in partnership with THG Ingenuity, with THG Commerce and THG Fulfil handling the TikTok Shop set-up, live shopping operation, social commerce experience and fulfilment.
It follows a broader overhaul of Boots’ beauty offer, which has included new beauty-only stores, expanded premium ranges and investment in its digital proposition.
Earlier this year, it opened its second standalone Boots Beauty store in Bristol, featuring more than 200 beauty and wellness brands, following the launch of its Battersea Power Station concept.
